Apply After Completing Non-Accredited Education
To qualify you must:
- complete a non-accredited* dental assisting program
- have the NDAEB Certificate
- pass the NDAEB Clinical Practice Evaluation
- demonstrate current practice
- demonstrate good character and reputation
- have Professional Liability Insurance coverage

When you apply, be ready to provide:
- Canadian-government ID
- certificate, diploma or official transcript from the school you attended
- NDAEB Certificate
- NDAEB CPE results
- current practice information
- good character and reputation information
- Criminal Record Check Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance certificate
- other documents to support your answers in our application
- credit card payment for:
- Application Assessment Fee: Initial Registration
- Annual Fee: Registration

*Any program that is not accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of Canada. Check their website to confirm your program’s accreditation status.
