To qualify you must:

• complete a non-accredited* dental assisting program
• have the NDAEB Certificate
• pass the NDAEB Clinical Practice Evaluation
• demonstrate current practice
• demonstrate good character and reputation
• have Professional Liability Insurance coverage

When you apply, be ready to provide:

• Canadian-government ID
• certificate, diploma or official transcript from the school you attended
• NDAEB Certificate
• NDAEB CPE results
• current practice information
• good character and reputation information
• Criminal Record Check Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance certificate
• other documents to support your answers in our application
• credit card payment for:

  • Annual Fee: Registration
