Drew Dudley
Drew Dudley will nurture your courage by providing you with the insights necessary to make positive, momentum-building decisions when your instincts tell you to “wait and see.” He will:
- discuss the fundamental differences between confidence and courage
- share a process for systematically overcoming fear
- provide a decision-making framework that helps individuals stand by the decisions that scare them the most
Belonging: The Intersection of Mental Health and DEI
Anthony McLean
Anthony McLean will show us how empathy is at the heart of both diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work and mental health awareness. He will guide us through:
- approaching mental health and DEI with empathy
- understanding how systemic racism impacts mental health
- seeing how microaggressions are the “death by a thousand papercuts” to a sense of belonging
