Part of our responsibility as the regulator of Dental Assisting is receiving complaints about the professional service or conduct of dental assistants. When a complaint is referred to a hearing, we publish information about the outcome of the hearing. We do this to ensure our complaint process is transparent and serves the interest of Albertans.
