Transfer Provisional Permit to Registered Permit
After they complete their outstanding registration requirements, dental assistants with a Provisional Practice Permit will need to complete an application form to transfer their permit to Registered.
Cancelled Registrants Must Re-Apply for Registration
A former dental assistant whose registration is cancelled is no longer on our dental assistant register. They must apply for registration and a practice permit before practicing.
