Hearings and Decisions

Transparency and being an accountable regulator are important to us. We believe that by providing public access to information about upcoming hearings and decisions, we are building public confidence in our ability to regulate dental assistants.

Upcoming Hearings

After we have given the registrant notice of their upcoming hearing, we will post their name and the date of the hearing. The name and date will appear until the Hearing Decision is posted. If you are interested in observing a hearing, you must pre-register with our Hearings Director. Learn more here.

Hearing Decisions

After a hearing tribunal issues a decision, we will post the decision for five years.

Appeals

When a posted decision is under appeal, we will indicate “decision under appeal.”
