Whether you are a new dental assistant, returning to practice, or looking for a refresher, our CCP workshops are a great way to learn what the CCP is about and what you need to do to participate.

CCP Introduction Workshop

In this workshop we explain the Continuing Competence Program. Come to a workshop if you’re new to the CCP, or if you want a refresher. We’ll review the CCP with you, including:

• what it’s all about
• why you must participate
• what you need to do
• how and where you need to do it – Competence Area of the Portal
• tools and resources available to you
• answers to your CCP questions

CCP Audit Workshop

We offer the Audit Workshop early in the year, before the Audit deadline. In this workshop we explain the CCP Audit. We’ll review Audit with you, including:

• why we audit your CCP records and participation
• when and how we notify you that you’re being audited
• where you find your Audit information
• what you need to submit when you’re being audited, including where and how to post it
• what we’re looking for when we audit your records
• answers to your CCP questions
