What’s new
The upgraded portal has a new look and is designed to support a more secure and reliable experience.
The first release of features is now available:
- My profile – confirm/update your name and contact information, add your employment information, add PLI information if you’ve had changes
- Practice Permit – go to Home or Download registration to access your permit
- invoices/payments – available from Home (check Include paid to see your receipts)
To make the transition smoother for you, we’ll introduce more portal features in stages, including continuing competence and status changes.
What you need to do
Check your email inbox for a “Welcome to Alinity” email from us (CADA/contact@abrda.ca). The email includes your unique confirmation link to access your portal account. Your link expires in one week. Be sure to access your account before your link expires.
The first time you sign in to the upgraded portal, you’ll need to reset your password. You can do this by using use your unique confirmation link, then following the on-screen password reset instructions.
After you complete your password reset and sign in, take a few minutes to review your information and become familiar with the updated layout.
