From May 21, the portal will be offline while we complete a database and service provider upgrade.
What to expect when the portal returns
After the upgrade, the portal will have a new look. We’ll introduce changes in stages to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
You will need to reset your password the first time you sign in. We will share instructions and support information before the portal comes back online.
What you should do before May 20
If there are records or documents you want to keep, be sure to print or download and save them before May 20.
