Practical guidance for renewal and CCP
College staff explain what dental assistants can do now to prepare for renewal, such as accessing the updated portal, reviewing profile and employment information, completing required learning, recording learning activities and gathering supporting documents.
The session also reviews changes to the CCP, including the new annual self-assessment, simpler learning-goal language, removal of three-digit competency codes, a shorter waiting period for repeating the same learning activity and more flexible reflection questions.
