Observe a Meeting

Council welcomes observers at their regularly-scheduled business meetings. If you want to observe a council meeting, submit a Request to Observe Council Meeting.

Make a Submission to Council

If you want to bring a proposal or make a presentation to Council, this is what you need to do:

• Send a written request to the Chair at least 30 days before the meeting date
• Include the topic of your submission and a summary of what you plan to present
• Describe the outcome you would like to achieve
