College staff will walk you through the renewal process and answer common questions. The session will help you understand:
- how to access renewal in the CADA portal
- what information and documents to have ready
- how to complete each step of the renewal application
- where to find support if you need help
Renew by November 30
All dental assistants who intend to practise in 2027 must submit their practice permit renewal by November 30, 2026. Annual renewal confirms that dental assistants continue to meet requirements that support safe, competent and ethical care for Albertans. Permits that are not renewed by the deadline will be suspended on December 1.
